Please note that cancellations must be notified to us by either by email, letter or fax at least THREE DAYS in advance of your arrival date. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation within less than THREE DAYS’ notice prior to the date of arrival a cancellation fee will be charged.
All room rates include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason up to the date of booking or up to 12 weeks prior to arrival, whichever is the later. After such dates, prices may only be altered to reflect a change in the rate of VAT or local service charge and taxes or for any other reason outside the control of the hotel in which case the changes will be notified to the guest. In the latter event, the guest may cancel their booking without cost. • You may check-in between 14:00 and 22:00. If you think you may arrive later than this please inform reception as soon as possible.
You must checkout no later than 11:00.
If you would like an early check-in or a late departure then please contact reception and we will do our best to accommodate you. We have a luggage store in the basement. Please note that all luggage is left at guests own risk.
Payment for all reservations will be taken in full at the end of your stay. We do not accept American Express cards or Diners Club cards.
Number 63 is not suitable for children under the age of 5. Please inform us if you would like to include a child over the age of 5 in your booking. We ask that those children aged between 5 and 10 share a twin-bedded room or the Family room with an adult accompanying them. There will be no reduction of the room rates for children aged over 5.
All bookings are subject to availability.
We will try as far as possible to satisfy any requests by guests for specific rooms. However, it should be appreciated that as a very small establishment with only 16 rooms sometimes these requests cannot be met.
We endeavor to provide help and assistance to our guests at all times but we must stipulate that for health and safety reasons under no circumstances are our staff allowed to lift or carry guests` luggage. We trust that you will respect this and not put our staff under pressure to undertake duties which might cause injury and for which they are not insured.
Please note that cancellations must be notified to us by either by email, letter or fax at least SEVEN DAYS in advance of your booking date. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the booking fee if less than SEVEN DAYS’ notice is given when cancelling a booking. For long term booking (i.e. 3 months ahead) we require ONE MONTH’S notice of any future cancellations.
Payment in full is due strictly 30 days after date of hiring.
Please be aware that failure to settle your account by the due date under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998 we will exercise our statutory right to interest at 8% above base rate and compensation for debt recovery costs.
If payment is not made in accordance with these terms Number 63 (Soroptimist) Limited may refuse to accept any future hiring/bookings.
Number 63 is a NO SMOKING area and hirers are required to respect this.
Number 63 asks that all its staff are treated with courtesy and respect at all times.
Under Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Rules we do not allow anyone, or any organisation, to bring any food or drink onto the premises.
The Board of Directors recognises that the Health and Safety of our employees is vital to the delivery of a quality service and that the Health and Safety of our guests and clients is of paramount importance to us. We have a Health and Safety Policy, which covers everyone in the building. You are respectfully requested therefore to comply with any request by the Manager or her staff to ensure your safety at all times.
